Call for Abstracts

The abstract submission deadline is April 25, 2025. Authors will receive an e-mail notifying them of their acceptance on June 29, 2025.

Cancellation & Insurance

Conference Cancellation or Postponement

The EANM accepts no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond its reasonable control resulting from an act of God, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion. If the EANM elects to re-schedule the conference, all registrations and additional items are automatically rolled over to the new dates of the conference. If the EANM elects to cancel the event, the liability is limited to a refund of registration costs, subject to fees and conditions. The EANM will not refund any travel costs associated with the cancellation of the event. Accommodation pre-payments will be refunded subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel.

Insurance

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The EANM accepts no responsibility or liability against cancellations of bookings, loss or inconvenience or theft/damage to belongings in this regard.

As an additional service, EANM offers the possibility to contract (during the online registration) a personal cancellation insurance. The cancellation insurance offered by “Europäische Reiseversicherung” covers up to 100% of your registration fees and hotel cancellation fees in the event of your cancellation for any cause provided in the insurance terms.

Certificate of Attendance

Your certificates of attendance will be available in your myEANM area after the congress.

Closing Ceremony & Farewell Cocktail

All registered participants and accompanying persons are cordially invited to the Closing Ceremony and Farewell Cocktail, which will take place on Wednesday, October 08, 2025, from 11:25 to 12:15

The Closing Session will be held at the Auditorium of the CCIB and the subsequent Farewell Cocktail at Level 0 of the CCIB.

CME Credits & Certificates

To acquire your CME credits, you will be required to scan your congress badge before entering any CME session. A general congress evaluation form as well as an evaluation form for each individual CME session must be completed.

Congress Bag

Continuing our commitment to environmental sustainability, like last year, the EANM has decided not to provide congress bags. However, feel free to re-use the congress bags distributed in previous years!

The congress language is English. Please note that no simultaneous translation will be provided.

EANM Members’ Assembly

The Members’ Assembly will be held on Saturday, October 04, 2025, from 14:30 to 16:30. Please note: Only EANM members in good standing (having paid their membership dues for the year 2025) are eligible to attend the Members’ Assembly.

e-Poster Area

Explore all the e-Posters uploaded for the EANM’25 in the e-Poster Area. You can easily find specific posters by searching for the author’s name, topics, or keywords.

Insurance & Liability

The EANM Office, the congress organisers, and the venue will not accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage to property incurred during the EANM’25. You are strongly encouraged to arrange your own travel and health insurance.

International Meetings & Announcement Board

Individuals and organisations are invited to showcase and promote their forthcoming events and congresses within the International Meetings & Announcement Board, fostering a collaborative platform for the dissemination of cutting-edge insights and advancements in the field of Nuclear Medicine.

Visit the International Meetings and Announcement Board, which will be in the Exhibition Area, to get information on upcoming events and initiatives.

Internet Corner

Internet access and limited printing facilities will be provided at dedicated stations across the venue. Please be mindful of others and limit your using time to maximum 5 minutes per person.

Lost and Found

A lost and found service will be provided at the EANM registration desk for the duration of the congress.

Medical Facilities

Medical assistance will be available throughout the congress.

Media

By participating in the EANM’25, each congress participant acknowledges and allows the EANM to record, film, or photograph their attendance and use these images or videos in all media forms, now and in the future, without the need for further consent or payment.

Name Badges

Badges for the congress will be issued on-site between October 04 and October 08, 2025. The badges must be collected in person. A confirmation e-mail, including a QR code, will be issued upon successful completion of registration. With this QR, along with a valid photo ID, the name badge can be printed onsite in the registration area.

Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception

All registered participants and accompanying persons are cordially invited to the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception, which will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 18:00 to 21:45.

The Opening Ceremony, including the Highlights Lecture, will take place in Hall 1. The subsequent Welcome Reception will be held in the Foyers on Level 2.

Parking

Public Transportation Ticket

Please support the Green Meeting by using Barcelona’s public transport system. Buy your public transport tickets in advance here.

Please note that this ticket is non-refundable and neither ENITED nor EANM are responsible for the purchase of public transport tickets. All enquiries should be directed to the municipal public transport provider in Barcelona under https://www.tmb.cat/en/home.

Review Centre

The Review Centre will provide congress participants with the opportunity to check the presentations slides that will be presented during the EANM’25. If you miss a session, you will therefore be able to review the slides after the congress!

All foreign visitors entering Spain must hold a valid passport. For EU citizens, a valid photo ID is sufficient.

PLEASE CHECK THE CURRENT VISA REQUIREMENTS WITH THE NEAREST SPANISH CONSULATE/EMBASSY IN YOUR COUNTRY BEFORE TRAVELLING TO SPAIN.

All registered congress participants with a completed/paid registration can download a visa invitation letter within their myEANM-Area!
